How many of us have told our kids not to take a drink from our cup because it’s “Mommy Juice”? I have said that many times in my early years of motherhood, and I am sure I will say it many more times! Sometimes the stars align and the universe presents opportunities that couldn’t be more perfect… I was beyond excited when I was selected to try MommyJuice Wines and share with you what I think of it. I mean, a wine (love me some wine!) and it’s called MommyJuice…I was sure this wine was made for me!
On second thought, this wine is made for me and every other wine-drinkin-mommy out there! I had been anxiously awaiting my delivery of MommyJuice Wine. Thursday Carole and I left for our conference, Mom Summit 2.0, as we have shared in earlier posts this week, Mommy Diary Monday: They Missed Me! and Really? Seriously? Are You Freakin Kidding Me? I was really hoping I would get the package before we left so I could try the MommyJuice and share it, then talk about it among about 500 other mommies!
As luck would have it, I got a text from my hubby about an hour after I left that the wine had arrived!
You can see the excitement in my text message to Chris! (And yes, he used “OMG”!) Also, you can see that there is a video to follow. He is really the best, he filmed the opening of the box of MommyJuice Wine! Whooohooooo! Something to look forward to when I got home! Oh, and a super cute MommyJuice Wine glass that you can get on Mommy Juice Wines website.
Mommy Juice Wine is sold at local CVS stores as well as on the MommyJuice website!
About MommyJuice Wines:
Being a mom is a constant juggling act. MommyJuice is a an adorable gift for any hostess, friend or family member who is a mother. It’s owned and made by a mom. MommyJuice Wines are from the California Central Coast and come in Red Wine (77% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Merlot, 3% Malbec, 2% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot) and White Wine (100% Chardonnay from Monterey County in California). So, I know you are all dying to know what I thought of the wine! Here you go…
MommyJuice White Wine:
Upon my return from Mom Summit 2.0, it happened to also be my dad’s birthday. After lots of hugs, kisses and snuggles with my girls and Chris, we headed over to my parents house for a low-key birthday dinner with the family. I decided this would be the perfect event to share the MommyJuice Wine with some very deserving women (my mom, sister and sister-in-law). We all really liked the MommyJuice and it added to the fun of the evening!
MommyJuice Red Wine:
I tend to be more of a red wine kind of girl, but to be totally honest, I LOVED this red wine. It was smooth and flavorful and simply enjoyable! I was able to share this bottle of MommyJuice with one of the most amazing mommy’s I have ever met. It was perfect. Rebecca, she wears so many “hats” every single day, she juggles so many things and never seems to drop the ball. Rebecca is one mommy that deserves a break and I was happy to have gotten to share MommyJuice with her! We both LOVED the wine and here are a few reasons why…
- The Name: MOMMYJUICE…brilliant! And to have that kind of name, it has to be good; it is good!
- The Label: The label on the bottle is perfect, finally a mom who has more than two arms to manage all that is juggled as a mommy!
- The Taste: Both the White Wine and the Red Wine are tasty and enjoyable, easy to drink and full of flavor.
- The Price: It’s priced right, won’t break the bank or make a mommy feel guilty for a simple pleasure that is deserved.
- Twist Off Cap: Really, what mommy has time to find and use a corkscrew?!? The twist-off cap makes this perfect to enjoy ANYWHERE (responsibly, of course).
Mother’s Day is creeping up on us in few days. I highly recommend MommyJuice as the perfect gift for Mom or to bring to celebrate all the super special women in your life. I know, that I will be picking up a bottle of Mommy Juice at my local CVS Pharmacy for many future occasions: Girl’s Night Out, Dinner, Picnics, Parties, Birthday gifts, Teacher Appreciation, etc…honestly, you can’t go wrong! If you’re in a pinch or stumped for what to get for Mother’s Day you can order wine and gift baskets at www.mommyjuicewines.com.
I was selected for this opportunity as a member of Clever Girls Collective, and the content and opinions expressed here are my own.
